Welcome to the 2025 season!
The Stratford Tennis Club offers a variety of recreational and competitive play for both adult and junior players. Our membership ranges from beginners exploring a new way to stay fit and healthy to advanced players seeking to challenge themselves against another worthy opponent. Both members and visitors always find the club environment to be warm and welcoming. Our fees offer individuals and families great value for their money, as group lessons and court fees are included with each membership.
Our facilities include 5 clay courts, 1 hard court, a practice wall, a ball machine, a clubhouse with comfortable seating, spacious viewing deck, snack bar, change rooms, lockers, showers and LED lighting for night play. Racquets are available to borrow and a small pro shop with on site stringing service is also found here. Membership Fees for the 2025 Season
Please note that all prices include HST. Prices also include group lessons and court fees. Registration can be completed via etransfer, credit card, or cheque, by following the link below.

Terms and Conditions
By registering with the Stratford Tennis Club (STC), I (and my family members
listed in this form) agree to the following:
- Rules and Policies: I/We will follow all STC Rules and Policies, including its
Code of Conduct. I/We understand these documents are posted on STC’s
website and may be updated from time to time. - Liability: I/We won’t hold STC (including its volunteers, employees, officers,
and directors) responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or costs incurred
while attending or participating in STC activities, including summer camps
or other programs involving our minor children. - Photos and Videos: I/We give STC permission to take photos and videos of
me/us (including our minor children) during STC activities, including
summer camps. We understand these images may be used to promote STC
and may be posted on STC’s website and social media. I/We know I/we can
withdraw this consent at any time by writing to STC. - Emails: I/We give STC permission to send us emails about STC and its
activities. I/We know I/we can withdraw this consent at any time by writing
to STC. - Authority: I have the authority to agree to these terms and conditions for
all family members listed in this form, including any minor children.
Code of Conduct
- Members and guests of the Stratford Tennis Club have a duty to encourage and maintain the highest standards of sportsmanship, courtesy and fair play. All members are also under an obligation to avoid all conduct, acts or practices which are detrimental to the Stratford Tennis Club as well as members and guests.
- Conduct, actions or incidents of the following nature are unacceptable and will not be tolerated:
- Members and guests will not violently, dangerously or with anger hit, kick or throw a tennis ball or
racquet or other equipment on the grounds of the Stratford Tennis Club. - Members and guests will not verbally or physically abuse other members, guests, or staff.
- This list is not comprehensive and additional incidents may be deemed unacceptable at the Board’s discretion.
- Violation of this Code of Conduct may result in the loss of membership at the Stratford Tennis Club and/or camp participation. Membership and/or camp participation in subsequent years may also be denied.
- Memberships are non-refundable.
- The Stratford Tennis Club is released from liability of any incidents that may happen under the supervision of the Stratford Country Club and/or Stratford Youth Soccer during our camps.
